Professional musicians especially recruited for their qualities
and ability to work with children who have special needs.
Trained in-house and all new members of staff commence work as
assistants to experienced group leaders.
Have regular meetings where they discuss the format and content
of group work and share ideas.
Work with volunteers and are responsible for their motivation
and participation in sessions.
Are available to parents and carers to discuss children's
progress.
Are responsible for the musical content of the session.
Bring new experiences with them to benefit the whole of Musical
Keys.
Are valued by families not only for the work they do, but also
their ability to ensure everybody enjoys the session.
